Seattle Audubon education programs provide learning opportunities for ages 3–103 to foster a sense of environmental stewardship and mobilize a community to action.

 

Young Birders

A program where teen naturalists learn about birds and Northwest ecology while enriching their communities through community science and service-learning projects. For ages 13–18.

Nature Camp

Summer is the perfect time for fun, hands-on learning at Seattle Audubon’s Nature Camp held at Magnuson Park.

The Rookery

Our youth membership level for bird lovers from age 2–18! Learn about family-friendly events and other perks for Rookery members!

Fledglings and Friends

Seattle Audubon offers Fledglings and Friends Story Times at local preschools! We are happy to come to your classroom with stories and activities on a variety of topics. Storytimes can also be combined with a one-week rental of our Fledglings education kit for a well-rounded bird-themed unit for your students. Best for ages 2–5.
