Registrations and Cancellations

Registration for Nature Camp 2021 will open on March 1, 2021 (tentative, date may change). Contact the Camp Registrar at naturecamp@seattlaudubon.org for any questions.

How to Register

Need a paper registration form? Please email the Camp Registrar for instructions.

Registration requires payment in full (e-check, and most major credit cards accepted online). Please contact the Camp Registrar to pay with cash or personal check. Update for summer 2021: Full payment not required upon registration. Option to pay $100 deposit to hold each camp spot per session, with full payment due June 1, 2021.

Scholarships

Nature Camp is for everyone! Generous scholarships are awarded based on financial need and will cover between 25%-90% of session fee. Applications accepted and approved on a rolling basis. Fill out application here

Confirmations and Receipts

Confirmations and receipts will be emailed to you upon completion of online registration. (Please check your junk mail for confirmations. If you still do not receive an email confirmation, please email the Camp Registrar for a copy.)

Confirmations for phone registrations should receive an electronic confirmation within three business days. (If you do not receive your confirmation via email, please contact the Camp Registrar).

Seattle Audubon Member Benefits

Seattle Audubon family membership holders receive a discount on Nature Camp (no discount for At-Home Nature Camp), special member pricing on books and bird seed at The Nature Shop, and other exciting benefits. Annual family membership is $49 and supports local education, science, and conservation programs. Membership is available through the online registration site. Note: camp discounts do not apply to Rookery-only youth memberships ($10 per year)

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with at least two weeks notice are eligible for a full refund — minus a $40 handling fee — but only if the cancelled spot is filled. Cancellations with less than two weeks notice, or ones where the spot has not been filled will receive $40 per session. A $5 processing fee is applied to any Extended Care refunds. T-shirts are fully refundable.

Seattle Audubon Memberships and donations to Seattle Audubon Programs are NOT eligible for refunds.

There is no fee to transfer registrations to other weeks within the same summer season, if spots are available.

All cancellations initiated by Seattle Audubon (example: due to covid,) will result in a full refund.
