Home 9 Legacy Circle

The Legacy Circle consists of Seattle Audubon members who have chosen to make a lasting commitment to birds and nature by naming Seattle Audubon as a beneficiary in their will. The Legacy Circle is a way for us to acknowledge those individuals who have chosen to make this special type of gift.

We are grateful to our Legacy Circle members for making our work possible and for helping to create the next generation of environmental stewards.  Over the years, bequests and planned gifts have provided vital support and helped to ensure that our education, conservation, and many different enjoyment opportunities are available to as many people as possible. You can help continue this tradition by designating Seattle Audubon in your estate plans.

When you join The Legacy Circle, you play an integral role in making our mission and vision a reality for future generations. And, the expression of your individual values will provide hope, inspire others and have a real and lasting impact on Earth’s natural places.

Legacy Circle Benefits:

“One of the most important lessons my parents taught me is that it is important to give time and money to charitable organizations. I have been impressed with Seattle Audubon from the beginning of my involvement with the dedication and knowledge of the staff. This is why I see my gift to Seattle Audubon’s Legacy Club as so important – the education of our future birders and stewards of our environment.

Seattle Audubon – with its solid science, dedicated volunteers and staff, and love for the planet will help save it for the people we leave behind – and if I can help in a small way, that helps make my life worthwhile.”
